How many of us have been here? A shitty relationship and confused as to how we got here, and how the hell can we get out. Sometimes it’s easier said and judged from the outside, but it’s so important to LOVE YOURSELF. Loving yourself takes practice. It’s not innate for everyone – either an effect of childhood trauma or an adult situation that changed the trajectory of your life.
The truth is most of us can benefit from positive affirmations on a daily basis or even multiple times a day. It never hurts to tell yourself how DOPE and AMAZING you ARE.
